Sony is famous for releasing systems which are price competitive, and it was this strategy that won the hearts and minds of amateur photographers. As a professional tool, its lenses are no cheaper than that offered by Nikon or Canon.

All tooled up, but where is the Lumix G2 going?
The new device will also be able to use SDXC cards, a higher capacity version of the SDHC. Now all this sounds fine and well but the two things I will be waiting to hear about is the dynamic range improvements and the High ISO handling.

Steady as she goes…!
If you hate carrying a large tripod through airport security, well I don’t blame you. There are other ways to steady your shot without a tripod. Trust me on this…I know.

Going back to Rangefinders
What I like about it is the experience. You see, there are no zoom lenses to start with. Everything is RF focused, thus you can’t have a zoom lens for this. There is no instant playback. No CF card and you actually have to wait for the images to be developed before you can see them!
